Robert Castro is an Attorney at Gravis Law’s Chelan and Wenatchee, Washington locations. He has been practicing law in Chelan County since 2013.
He is admitted to practice law in Washington and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Washington. Robert has a variety of experience representing clients in estate planning, trusts, real estate, business succession, taxation, commercial transactions, construction law, bankruptcy and litigation. He enjoys working with emerging companies, wineries, breweries, distilleries and cannabis businesses.
His undergrad degrees are in Economics and Hispanic Studies. He has studied in Spain. After graduating from Cornell Law School with his Juris Doctor, he clerked for the Appellate Court and continued his education by obtaining a MS in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey and an MBA in Finance from the University of Portland.
Robert is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Patent Valuation Analyst (CPVA) and is fulling the remaining requirements for certification as a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF – Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring).
Robert is fluent in Spanish and conversational in both Italian and French. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, Tai Chi, cooking and reading. He has summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro, hiked the Inca Trail Machu Pichu, Ho River Forest Trail and is making plans to visit Kyoto and Hokkaido in Japan, hike Nepal, Bhutan, and Patagonia and dive in the Maldives.
