Here at Gravis Law we understand that the traditional litigation process has its drawbacks when it comes to seeking resolution for some disputes. As such, we sometimes recommend mediation or arbitration as an alternative depending on the situation and facts of the case that are available to us. There is no doubt that there are cases wherein the time and financial constraints make litigation an unnecessary process.
