Boise, ID

Background

Kevin was born and raised in Manteca, California. In 2006, Kevin enlisted into the Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps, Kevin witnessed the toll that the military life had on families, especially families with children. While stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Kevin assisted several different Family Resource Officers. While in that role, Kevin witnessed and experienced the difficulties associated with families separating and divorcing. After separating from the Marine Corps in 2014, Kevin attended Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia. While attending Liberty, Kevin was offered to intern for Justice Eismann of Idaho Supreme. Although Kevin never visited Idaho, Kevin accepted the internship and fell in love with Boise, Idaho. After graduating from Liberty in May 2017, Kevin applied and accepted a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Mitchell W. Brown in Soda Springs, Idaho. In October 2018, Kevin moved his family to Nampa, Idaho, and began practicing family law. Kevin has handled family law cases throughout Idaho, including Ada County, Adams County, Bannock County, Blaine County, Canyon County, Elmore County, Gem County, Jerome County, Payette County, Owyhee County, Twin Falls County, and others.

When Kevin is not working, Kevin spends his time with his family. They enjoy everything from hiking, archery, shooting, watching movies, listening to and playing music, building Legos, to playing video games, going out to eat breakfast at different restaurants on Saturday mornings, and attending church on Sundays.
