John Jameson is a sixth generation Idahoan, who prides himself in maintaining the Idaho way of life. John was raised in a family focused largely on real estate lending, sales and development. John obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Idaho. After interning for the U.S. Senate, John returned to the University of Idaho to pursue his law degree, which he received in 2007.
Since graduating from law school, John has focused his practice on complex estate planning issues, employment concerns, and business formations and litigation. Additionally, given his passion for real estate, John has represented parties in a variety of real property issues. These issues range from simple evictions to multifaceted commercial real estate transactions (and everything in between).
John is also an experienced litigator. He has tried cases covering a variety of issues. John has successfully litigated matters ranging from boundary line disputes to breach of contract issues, and from Fair Housing violations to employment discrimination matters.
Aside from work, John is a very active member of the local community. He recently served as an Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 5400. He also serves on the Board of Directors for his church. Last year, John was elected as a Precinct Committeeman for the State of Idaho. He is also very involved in his children’s school, sports, and social activities, recently serving as an umpire for the West Boise Little League.
John is happily married and is the father of three amazing children. His favorite times are spent doing things with his family in the great outdoors.
