About Heather A. Lowe


Heather Lowe is a Senior Attorney based in the metro Boston area and a member of the Business Law team at Gravis. Her experience working internationally in the private sector, in the non-profit sphere, and in government enables her to provide sound, creative and multi-dimensional advice to her clients.
Ms. Lowe’s experience working in international finance and on global anti-money laundering and anti-corruption compliance rules and regulations provide a sound foundation to support today’s emerging FinTech and digital asset companies. All companies can take advantage of her experience as in-house counsel when it comes to a variety of contracting and business development needs, including the creation of necessary policies and procedures in areas such as data privacy, sanctions, conflicts of interest, and general terms and conditions.
Ms. Lowe enjoys travel and learning about different cultures, having lived in four countries and visited more than fifty. She enjoys playing pool (billiards) as a member of the American Poolplayers Association, enjoys hiking, being out on the water, and is both crafty and an avid reader.
Pro-bono and community service initiatives are important to Ms. Lowe and she has been involved in various initiatives since the start of her career. She is currently a volunteer with Whitman-Walker Health’s Name Change Clinic and in 2021 was also a volunteer with Street Law, Inc., teaching high-schoolers in disadvantaged areas the basics of negotiation and contracts.
Ms. Lowe is admitted to practice law in New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and in the District of Columbia. She is a graduate of Boston College Law School and University of Chicago.
