Shay Llewellyn

Shay was born and raised in Southern California then relocated to Montana during the pandemic. Shay graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and went on to obtain Certificates in Leadership Development for Public Agencies from California State University, Fullerton and in Human Resource Management from Cornell University.

During her nearly 15 years in the public sector, Shay provided Customer Service, Billing/Collections, and Engineering support to the water utility industry. She developed a knack for de-escalation and connecting with people while handling technical and sensitive information or situations.

Outside of work, she can be seen at the various local sports fields and dance studios keeping up with her active daughter and son. Shay also enjoys relaxing at home watching football and hockey with her tabby cat Pendleton.
