Background
Raised in New Mexico, Lindsay Rickets is an attorney with a wide range of legal, trial, negotiation, and litigation experience. In New Mexico, Lindsay volunteered for CASA, where she had her first exposure to the court process and was inspired to pursue a legal career in Oregon thereafter. Lindsay moved to Colorado in 2022 and hopes to make this state her forever home.
Lindsay is proud to have legal experience in multiple legal fields that relate to individuals in need, such as dependency, delinquency, criminal, protection orders, family law, and estate planning.
Currently, Lindsay specializes in Family Law and Estate Planning cases. She has a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate complex legal matters and plan for their future. She provides guidance in areas such as divorce, child custody, modifications, child support, and protection orders related to abuse. Additionally, she engages in comprehensive estate planning services, assisting clients with wills, trusts, power of attorney, and other future planning to ensure their assets are protected and their wishes are honored. Whatever your circumstances might be, she will assist you in understanding your options to help facilitate how you would like to proceed.
Lindsay enjoys assisting clients in making decisions for their family and future, while helping to ease their anxiety about the legal system or process. Beyond providing legal advice, she prides herself on being a listening ear, compassionate to the specific needs of each of her clients, and strives to provide personalized solutions.
When not at work, Lindsay enjoys making floral wreaths, participating in Spartan races and long hikes, and spending time with her husband and elderly dog.
