Lindsay Ricketts

Associate Attorney

Colorado Springs, CO

Background

Raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Lindsay Rickets is a compassionate attorney with a wide range of legal, trial, negotiation, and litigation experience. Lindsay understands that pending legal matters can be stressful and emotional for those involved. Whatever your circumstances might be, she will assist you in understanding your options to help facilitate how you would like to proceed with your case.

Throughout Lindsay’s life, she has always sought ways to assist other child abuse survivors like herself or those involved in the legal system. She once volunteered for CASA, where she had her first exposure to the court process and was inspired to pursue law. Lindsay is proud to have legal experience in multiple fields of law that relate to individuals in need, such as dependency, delinquency, criminal, and family law.

Lindsay enjoys assisting clients in making decisions for their family and future, while helping to ease their anxiety about the legal system. Beyond providing legal advice, she prides herself on being a listening ear.

When she is not at work, Lindsay enjoys making floral wreaths to hang on doors, going on Spartan races and long hikes, and spending time with her husband and elderly dog. She is also involved in the community, serving on the El Paso County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
