Janice M. Carpenter is a Senior Paralegal in our Mesa office who supports Family Law matters with calm, care, and clear communication. She is known for her steady presence during tough transitions and for keeping clients informed from the first intake to final resolution. Janice listens closely, organizes the details, and helps attorneys stay focused on excellent advocacy.

Raised in Michigan, Janice chose the legal field to help people in need, especially children. She believes success comes from believing in yourself and never giving up, and she brings that mindset to every case. Clients appreciate her patience, her practical next steps, and her commitment to making a difficult process feel manageable.

Whether coordinating filings, preparing for hearings, or guiding clients through what comes next, Janice focuses on clarity and reliability. She takes pride in being a trusted point of contact who helps reduce stress and build confidence for families.

Janice holds an Associate Degree. Outside the office, she enjoys snow skiing, running, climbing mountains, golf, and volunteering with organizations that support children and families. She is proud to serve the Mesa community through her work at Gravis Law.
