Donna Hellier

Donna Hellier is an IP Legal Assistant in the Orem office who supports patent and trademark matters with care, organization, and clear communication. Clients and attorneys value her steady follow through and her focus on keeping everyone up to date so work moves forward smoothly.

Donna chose the legal field after a neighbor introduced her to the day-to-day work of a paralegal. She quickly found a natural fit in intellectual property, where she enjoys supporting everything from intake and filings to the detailed paperwork that helps protect inventions.

For Donna, success comes from being open minded, learning continuously, and meeting clients where they are. Raised in Sandy, Donna brings a practical, people-first approach to each matter. She is especially proud of learning what goes into filing a patent and continuing to grow in the patent and trademark space. Outside the office, she enjoys camping, swimming, movies, and cross-stitching.

Donna holds an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Broadview University and a Diploma as a Legal Administrative Assistant from Utah Career College/Broadview University.
