Kilmer, Chief Operating Officer of Gravis Law PLLC, was honored with the “Business Leadership Excellence Award” at the CXO 2.0 Conference. The three-day business leadership conference, held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, convened global founders, executives, and industry pioneers to explore strategies shaping high-impact, sustainable leadership across sectors.
Martin “Marty” Kilmer serves as Chief Operating Officer at Gravis Law, leading legal operations, IT, and HR while driving the firm’s innovative systems and technology initiatives. A veteran executive with over 25 years of experience in SaaS, legal tech, and product development, Marty previously led the multi-year redesign of a major global legal research platform, enhancing user access worldwide.
Based in Colorado, he oversees Gravis Law’s continued national expansion and operational excellence. Marty also consults for various companies and PE on legal platforms and technologies. Outside work, Marty enjoys horseback riding, fishing, golfing, and community service. He serves on the board of Faith House Elk Grove and supports global child wellness sponsorships.
