Gravis is honored to announce the addition of attorney Sara M. Herr-Waldroup to the Gravis Team.
Sara has represented clients in several different areas including general civil litigation, criminal defense, estate and probate matters, social security disability and family law. Sara understands that representing clients in a family law matter takes a unique perspective and strives to be a steady and level-headed advocate during her client’s time of need. Sara knows that proceedings involving family and children are often the most difficult proceedings a client will ever face. Sara will help you navigate this process with calm and positivity even in the face of a challenging ex. Sara aims to work with the opposing party, to resolve things quickly and amicably. Unfortunately, sometimes the other side is unreasonable, and Sara is not afraid to advocate in the courtroom as well.
Sara is licensed to practice before the federal courts in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, a member of the Washington State Bar Association Family Law Division, and member of the Benton-Franklin Counties Bar Association. Sara will soon be joining the Spokane County Bar Association as she moves to head up the family law department of Gravis Law in Spokane.
Sara obtained her juris doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Sara received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Gonzaga, graduating magna cum laude, with a major in political science, minor in general business and concentration in women’s studies. Prior to law school, Sara worked for several years at Gonzaga University, completing her education and growing her family. Sara has been married to Jay for over 20 years and they have four children. When not working, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys making pies and other baked goodies.
