Widely recognized as “The People’s Lawyer,” Barsky is licensed in Arizona and Pennsylvania and brings decades of experience representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, civil litigation, and family law.
Barsky has served as Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County Superior Court, holds a perfect 10.0 AVVO rating, and has been repeatedly recognized among the Top 100 Lawyers USA – Arizona.
From 2020 through 2025, Barsky served as first chair in more than 65 jury and family law trials throughout Arizona, securing millions of dollars in settlements for her clients. She has also managed more than 1,000 arbitrations and mediations and conducted over 500 depositions. In addition to her courtroom leadership, Barsky is a trusted legal commentator on ABC15 Arizona News, where she helps viewers understand complex and high-profile legal issues.

She earned her Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University, where she later served seven years on the Board of Trustees. Her passion for service extends beyond the courtroom—she supports organizations that benefit seniors, veterans, children, and families, including Andre House, City of Hope, U.S. VETS, and Free Arts of Arizona. City of Hope recognized Barsky as the #1 individual fundraiser for her efforts to raise money for breast cancer research after four close friends were diagnosed.
Barsky also mentors emerging legal professionals and dedicates time to pro bono cases. For seven years, she taught paralegals at Brighton College, helping develop the next generation of legal support professionals.
