Joshua Bam has joined Gravis Law in the Richland office. Joshua helps tech startups and entrepreneurs with entity choice formation, fund-raising, compliance, and sale of their companies. Josh is industry focus and has experience with product development, licensing, SaaS agreements, purchase and sales, negotiations, tax planning, corporate compliance, funding and structuring companies through acquisition.
He has worked with alternative health practitioners, retail stores, restaurants, breweries, wineries, inventors, software developers, and a variety of nonprofit organizations, including NAMI affiliates, business leagues, and social clubs.
Josh received his B.S. in journalism and political science at Oklahoma Christian University. He has a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University. After working with the Center for the Study of Mergers and Acquisitions, Josh moved into private practice. He has worked on sales of companies, funding rounds, and even the Bertha tunneling case in Seattle. His favorite hobbies include riding his motorcycle, hiking, swimming, and writing.
