Ross G. Miller
Associate Attorney
Background
Ross G. Miller is an Associate Attorney with Gravis Law in Lewiston, Idaho, focusing primarily on estate planning and probate matters. He works with individuals and couples to help them prepare for the future, organize their estate planning needs, and understand the legal considerations involved in protecting their assets and providing for loved ones.
Ross recognizes that estate planning can involve unfamiliar terminology, important personal decisions, and questions about what will happen in the years ahead. His practice focuses on helping clients approach these matters with a clearer understanding of their options and the steps involved in developing an estate plan.
Whether clients are beginning the estate planning process or addressing probate matters following the death of a family member, Ross works to provide guidance that makes the legal process easier to understand. He appreciates that each family’s circumstances are different and that thoughtful planning should account for the people, priorities, and goals that matter most to each client.
Ross brings a background in public service and legal research to his role at Gravis Law. During law school, he completed multiple internships with Idaho Legal Aid Services, gaining exposure to the legal challenges faced by individuals and families and developing an appreciation for the importance of accessible legal services.
He also served as a Managing Editor of the University of Idaho Law Review, where he strengthened his legal research, writing, and analytical skills. His editorial responsibilities provided experience examining complex legal issues and communicating legal concepts with precision and clarity.
Ross earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2026. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in English, which complements his interest in legal writing and effective communication. He successfully passed the Idaho Bar Examination in the summer of 2026.
As he develops his practice, Ross looks forward to building relationships with clients throughout the Lewiston community and helping individuals and families navigate important decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
