Jaric Erike

Jaric was drawn to personal injury law through a career path that gave him a uniquely well-rounded perspective on the legal profession. He spent three years in federal medical malpractice defense, representing some of the largest healthcare providers in Arizona. Afterward, he transitioned in-house to a start-up tech company where he contributed across the legal, marketing, and business teams. When that company was acquired, Jaric found his calling in personal injury law. Since then, he has spent the last four years building a practice centered on advocacy, communication, and results.

He is passionate about making sure clients understand every step of the process and never feel left in the dark. Jaric believes that clear, consistent communication is the foundation of effective representation. Therefore, he works hard to ensure that each client knows exactly what is being done on their behalf and why. His approach is reassuring and approachable. At the same time, he remains strategic and direct when it counts most.

Jaric’s results speak to the depth of his commitment. Among his notable achievements, he secured a $2.5 million settlement for a pedestrian client struck by a drunk driver. This result reflects both his tenacity and his skill in navigating complex negotiations with insurance companies.

Jaric earned his undergraduate degree in Finance with a Concentration in Business Law, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in 2015. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2018, where he was honored with the Dean’s Award. He is admitted to practice in Arizona state and federal courts. In addition, he is a proud member of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law Alumni Group.
