A successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Idaho and possess excellent academic credentials, excellent writing skills, a minimum 3-7 years of experience litigating, comfort in a high-tech environment, and a passion for practicing Family Law. Experience in Guardianships, Estates, Wills and Probates would be ideal as well. We’re looking for applicants who already have an established practice or an associate that can start handling cases from day one, so only candidates currently practicing family law will be considered.
Responsibilities of the Job
Provide superior customer service to all clients
Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
Work with a team of professionals to provide the best possible case strategy
Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience Family Law attorney or associate with a minimum of 3-7 years of experience
Family law experience
Guardianship experience
Estates, Wills and Probate experience
Licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho
Impeccable professional reputation with a positive perspective
Has the technical skills where new programs can be quickly learned
