Eric A. Leavitt, who is also bilingual in Spanish, graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2014, where he received Honors at Entrance and the Dean’s Scholarship Award.
Before joining the Gravis Team, Mr. Leavitt owned and operated his own family law firm in Spokane, Washington. Mr. Leavitt’s firm received the Small Firm of the Year 2016 award from the Spokane County Bar Association. In 2017 Washington State Bar Association honored Mr. Leavitt with the WYLC Public Service and Leadership Award. Mr. Leavitt also teaches continuing legal education classes to other Washington attorneys.
Mr. Leavitt is admitted to practice law in Washington State and before the Tribal Courts of the Coeur d’Alene and Spokane Tribes of Indians. He practices in all areas of family law, including dissolution/divorce, establishing custody, modifying parenting plans, child support, domestic violence protection orders, and dependencies.
When he is not in court, Mr. Leavitt, his wife, and four children spend their time adventuring outdoors or escaping into literature.
