Emanuel was born and raised in Yakima, Washington. He never really had a father figure to demonstrate leadership or commitment; therefore, he quickly had to grow up and embrace the mindset of “working hard” to move his family forward. Graduating from Upper Columbia Academy in Spangle, WA, Emanuel became the first in his family to receive a high school diploma. He then received college credentials from Walla Walla University, in College Place, WA. Agriculture work is bred into the Hispanic culture by default which became the way Emanuel funded his life through high school and college. As a result, he has taken a variety of opportunities that have led him to where he is now. Through these experiences, he has developed common sense and great people skills to make this part of his life, his destiny. He looks forward to serving the community and bringing my diversity to Gravis Law.
